Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Policy

In cases of packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, applicable shipping and handling charges will be applied, as established in our shipping policy.

Exceptions

Outside of these situations, returns will not be processed under any circumstances.

 Problem Reporting

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Send clear photographs of the received product and the packaging.

Wait for our official instructions before making any return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Compensation Method

If the return is approved:

We do not offer cash refunds.

The corresponding amount will be issued exclusively as store credit.

This credit can be used for a future purchase.

 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
